Our room was huge and provided with the hotel's private garden. the lobby served a wide range of meals for breakfast. - Excellent and cooperative staff, provided a lot of information. - This accommodation had a very central setting in Baden-Baden downtown. Plus, the hotel's location in downtown Baden-Baden was very convenient.

We truly enjoyed this classy hotel and would love to return. The hotel is conveniently situated near the city center and within easy reach of all major tourist attractions.

It had best possible and prime location with access to New Castle nearby. The staff were competent and patient👍

The hotel presented a beautiful breakfast each morning with lots of fresh fruit and many lovely choices. The restaurant overlooked a well tended garden and it was such a treat to dine there. The hotel itself is located in the heart of Baden Baden and I really enjoyed walking in the area to see the interesting shops. The staff was most helpful with their directions and service.

Right in the centre of Baden-Baden. Location was excellent. Breakfast was nice and included in the room rate. Room was clean and large (great for a family of 4).

The only thing I was unhappy about was that there were only 2 bath towels in the room for a family of 4, (there were 2 hand towels too).

Everything was fine, we liked in particular spacious room and corridors and excellent breakfast. Would suggest, though, to consider organizing somewhere in the lobby an internet corner, it is a must these days, even if you have a possibilty of internet for those who have laptops, Ipads, etc.

The setting is fantastic, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and a Christmas market. the pedestrian zone and town center are right there. - the rooms are updated, neat, and offer a nice view. - the service is very good. - There is plenty of splendid food available for breakfast.

relaxing hotel, the breakfast is healthy, wonderful location in the center of baden-baden. fully renovated and good sized rooms, thematically designed in the very attractive style. exceptionally comfortable bed, smooth check-in. location not far from the centre of the city, markets and good restaurants.

The hotel was in an excellent location and offered car parking, both of which were required for our touring holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I would have preferred a free internet connection so that I may easily and simply check my business e-mails, an operation of less than 10 minutes.

We may recommend the dinner at hotel resaurant. Offered 3 course meal was a top notch and very reasonably priced. The hotel also offers discounted enterance ticket to the Caracalla Therme.
